6) RPM Cycle Zone

The RPM room features 28 bikes with sound and lighting to create a motivating atmosphere in every class! You’ll feel driven and encouraged by our trainers who bring fun to the LES MILLS RPM classes. Our bikes feature adjustable seats and handlebar height for your comfort. RPM classes are a great way to exercise, causing almost no shock to your connective tissues and joints – reducing the fear of injury.

7) Hydro Pool Zone

We are proud to provide our members and the public with a Hydrotherapy Pool heated to a relaxing 34 degrees. Perfect for pain relief and therapeutic treatment during injury rehabilitation.

9) Child Minding Zone

We know it’s difficult to balance work, home and fitness. You can exercise with peace of mind knowing that your child is being cared for by our passionate, caring team in our crèche. Children can enjoy playing, drawing and painting with other children. 

Important safety note: Outside the crèche program and Kidz Fit classes, children must be accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted in any training zones other than the hydrotherapy pool, where they are to be accompanied by an adult or qualified instructor.
